Remove or add a Hold from a single ID
- Sign In to your Administration Area
- Click on the Title and link to your event
- Under 'Membership Summary' click the black 'Actions' button
- Select "Edit/View List Members" from the menu
- Find the Member ID by using "Search"
- If you are removing a Hold from a record, hover over the "Actions" button and select "Remove Hold"
- If you are adding a Hold, select "Add Hold" and provide a "Hold Reason" and save to confirm.
