Remove or add a Hold from a single ID

  • Sign In to your Administration Area
  • Click on the Title and link to your event
  • Under 'Membership Summary' click the black 'Actions' button

  • Select "Edit/View List Members" from the menu
  • Find the Member ID by using "Search"
  • If you are removing a Hold from a record, hover over the "Actions" button and select "Remove Hold"

  • If you are adding a Hold, select "Add Hold" and provide a "Hold Reason" and save to confirm.
