Tracking guest payment attempts

Sometimes a guest's credit card will be invalid, or they do no fill out all the information on the payment page, and they do not finish the registration and payment. You can view all payment attempts as well as completed payments in the Payment log.

To view the payment log:

  • Sign In to InviteRight, and click to your event
  • Under "Fees and Breakdown" hover over the Actions button, and select "View Payment Log" 

  • If your guests name has "attempt" beside their name, they have not completed their transaction.
