Form setup - duplication

Duplication is a quick and easy way to recreate a registration form, and is especially helpful for annual events. Upon duplication, all important details and information will pull through to the duplicate. From there, you'll just need to update the Custom URL, times/dates, speaker information, reserved tables, etc.

There are two places you can duplicate an event from, the Event List and the Administration Area.

Duplicate from the Event List

  • Sign into your InviteRight account
  • Identify from the event you would like to duplicate (any event that is in the TEST, OPEN, or CLOSED stages can be duplicated)
  • Once you've found the event you would like to duplicate, hover over the "Actions" dropdown to the left of that event
  • From here, you should see the "Duplicate" option. Select this, and this will duplicate your form and bring you to the SETUP area

  • Once in SETUP, you will need to input a new Custom URL, adjust any dates (as these may be in the past now), and input any other required fields.

Duplicate from the Administration Area

  • Sign into your InviteRight account and click the Status of the event you would like to duplicate. This will bring you to the Administration Area.
  • In the top right corner of the Administration Area, hover over the Actions dropdown menu
  • From here, you should see the "Duplicate" option. Select this, and this will duplicate your form and bring you to the SETUP area

  • Once in SETUP, you will need to input a new Custom URL, adjust any dates (as these may be in the past now), and input any other required fields
