There is a charge on my credit card from RightLabs that I don't recognize

Why is there a charge from RightLabs™?

You have likely registered or bought tickets for an event being hosted by one of our customers using Event types are typically conferences, graduations, lunches, galas, fundraisers and golf tournaments. Or you may have purchased use of our software:

Doesn't sound familiar?

Please check with your spouse or co-worker. They might have attended an event, graduation, golf tournament or conference recently. In the majority of cases, this is why the charge occurs. If you still aren't sure, contact us and we can look up the charge for you!

Can we get a receipt for the charges?

Any time we process a payment, we send a receipt to the email address you (or your spouse/co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. If you'd like us to resend the receipt, please contact us. 

Can we get a refund?

All refunds are governed by the refund policy of the individual event the ticket was purchased for.
