Refund and delete an entire purchase

  • Sign in at
  • You will be on the My Events page. Click on the title that links to your event
  • From this Event Details page, search for the guest response you wish to refund. 
  • Clicking the Actions button next to that Guest response, select Delete from the drop down list.
  • If you are deleting a fully paid credit card response on the same day of the transaction (prior to 10pm Mountain Standard Time),  InviteRight will notify you that this response will be VOIDED.
    If the refund does not meet the criteria of a VOID transaction, enter the Cancellation Fee (if applicable), confirm the refund total and click on the  Refund & Delete button to confirm.
